Are you mobile?

Yes! Once you’ve booked an appointment with us, we travel to your location on the time and date you’ve chosen.

Can I be inside the Van while my Dog is being groomed?

We take your Dogs safety and comfort seriously, for that reason, only the dog and its groomer are kept in van during the session. This is to ensure your Dog won’t cause unwanted cuts and snippings due to being distracted. This also gives your groomer as much space as possible to be precise and gentle, yet quick and efficient.

How long does grooming take?

Grooming time depends on which services an owner requests. On average, a basic grooming session takes no more than 1.5 hours. If any issues come up that might cause a significant increase in time, we’ll call you and let you know!

Do you come to apartments?

While we would love to have access to all the residences of our owners, that’s not always possible. If you happen to live in a gated community, locked apartment, or otherwise inaccessible residence, we’ll call you in advance before we reach your home so that you could bring your Dog and meet us at a nearby location.

Can you groom in my home?

As a mobile Dog grooming service, all of our operation is done inside our van, meaning we never do our work in homes or other facilities. We have perfectly tailored the environment in our van to give your Dog the most comfortable, welcoming, and professional grooming experience.
